Encampment Archived217 Seventh St San Francisco 94103, United States - South Of MarketHomeless woman sitting among lots of debris on the sidewalk outside our building garage for 2 days now. She was initially quiet and kept to herself but today she is shouting obscenities and screaming at passersby. She seems mentally ill. Although technically not an “encampment”, she is living there and not moving and blocking the sidewalk.

Blocked Sidewalk or Parking Space Archived1097 Howard St San Francisco 94103, United States - South Of Market
Strange man with his dog and a shopping cart sitting in front of our front door and will not leave after we have asked him to leave a few times.
This is a different person than the one smoking meth with several carts, buckets, tools, and carpet in front of our building. Get them out of our sidewalk! This is a place of residence AND a business so this is completely illegal and they will not leave.

Noise Issue Archived224 7th St San Francisco 94103, United States - South Of MarketHomeless man slept outside our building, left a pile of debris and clothing behind. Screamed, cursed and fought (both verbally and physically) with passersby all night. Incredibly disturbed. He’s not there during the daytime but need to check up on him at night. On 7th St side on sidewalk next to bus stop.

Homeless Concerns Archived1097 Howard St San Francisco CA 94103 United States - South Of MarketNot a duplicate issue. New homeless man camping out in middle of day right by our front door and harassing residents and passersby. The business at #101 right inside the lobby door has a business license and conditional use permit which DOES NOT allow loitering. Please ask him to leave. He can’t camp here.

Homeless Concerns Archived217 7th St San Francisco, CA 94103, USA - South Of MarketThis is not a duplicate - there are homeless people sleeping here at night (and gone during daytime) but this tent has been blocking the sidewalk in front of a business (Scoot) and in front of our building 1097 Howard St (which also houses many businesses including the SF Champagne Society on the ground floor). There are also children in the neighborhood. This is illegal, not safe. They need to be moved ASAP. It has been days - day and night that they're living here.

Homeless Concerns Archived1097-1099 Howard St San Francisco, CA 94103, USA - South Of MarketHomeless man was sleeping here all night. He didn't move. We are not sure why this issue keeps getting closed with police visiting and telling us that no one is there. They are here sleeping all night and are still here at 7 am. This is in front of our building on 1097 Howard St. Next to our entrance so we don't feel safe. We are across from Tony Baloney's.
